This Shipping Policy is here to better serve those who are concerned with how shipping of all products is delivered to each customer. The following describes the processing time, locations that our products are shipped to, how to receive and track packages, and what to do if packages are lost or damaged.

Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery typically takes approximately 1–5 business days depending on the destination location within the United States.
Please note that handmade and seasonal orders may occasionally require additional processing time during high-volume periods.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ONLY ship within the United States of America. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. Certain products, including jams and jellies, may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system after your order has been shipped.
A&M Golden Roots & Radiance primarily ships through UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Delays Disclaimer:
Please note that all products are handcrafted and prepared with care. While we strive to process and ship orders within our stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
A&M Golden Roots & Radiance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or other shipping carriers once a package has been shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order arrives safely and thoughtfully packaged.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, A&M Golden Roots & Radiance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or request additional delivery information.
