Return & Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THIS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE COMPLETING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR STORE USING  Goldenrootscrafted.com (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE “SITE”).

At A&M Golden Roots and Radiance, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy carefully before placing your order. The following Return and Refund Policy describes the return process, damaged or incorrect orders, refunds and non-returnable items.

Returns:

At this time, we do not accept returns on handmade soaps, candles, jams & jellies, personal care items, food products, custom orders, or used/opened products. All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aandm0873@gmail.com . To help us review your request, please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. And clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer: a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds:

Due to the handmade, personal, and consumable nature of our products, all purchases made through A&M Golden Roots & Radiance are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aandm0873@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Shipping Issues:

Once an order has been shipped, A&M Golden Roots & Radiance is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by UPS or other shipping carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact us at aandm0873@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you with shipment or claims-related issues where possible.
