Are your products handmade?
Yes. Many of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with intentional care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance may occur and are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

Our products are carefully prepared and packaged in the United States with a focus on warmth, quality, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
What types of products do you offer?
A&M Golden Roots & Radiance currently offers handcrafted products including candles, soaps, gift sets, and other artisan-inspired collections.
Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within approximately 3–5 business days. Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery typically takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
What shipping carrier do you use?
A&M Golden Roots & Radiance primarily ships through UPS.
What if my package is delayed?
Because our products are handmade and prepared with care, occasional shipping or processing delays may occur during holidays, severe weather conditions, high order volume, or carrier-related delays outside of our control.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or request additional delivery information.
If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the claims process where possible.
Returns & Refund Questions
Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns on handmade soaps, candles, personal care items, custom orders, or opened/used products.
Are purchases refundable?
Due to the handmade, personal, and consumable nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- your order number,
- photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s),
- and photos of the packaging.
Approved resolutions may include:
- replacement,
- store credit,
- or refund at our discretion.

Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Many of our products are inspired by nature and crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients. Please review individual product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before use.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and usage instructions before use. If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Yes — when used responsibly and according to candle safety instructions.
Always trim the wick, never leave candles unattended, and keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
